ORDER OF CONSOLIDATION
On March 1, 1991, the parties in the above-captioned matter
filed a Joint Motion for Consolidation. Thereafter, Judge Daniel
A. Sarno, Jr. certified the motion to me.
The parties request that this matter be consolidated with Case
Nos. 90-ERA-25, 90-ERA-50, 90-ERA-51, 91-ERA-5, and 91-ERA-6, all
of which are pending before Judge Giles J. McCarthy. For good
cause shown, the motion to consolidate 91-ERA-26 with the
above-mentioned cases is hereby GRANTED. This case shall be
immediately forwarded to Judge McCarthy.
