ORDER AMENDING DECISION
Three typographical errors appear to have crept into the
original decision in this case. While it is unlikely that any of
them is particularly significant, they are hereby corrected to
reflect the original intent of the decision, as follows.
1. The words "it is" in the first line of the paragraph
numbered 3 on page 7 of the original decision are deleted.
2. In the second line of the paragraph numbered 6 on page 8
of the decision, the word "reason" is amended to read "recent".
3. In the fifth line of the paragraph numbered 8 on page 8 of
the decision, the word "or" is amended to read "nor".
In all other respects the original decision stands as issued.
