ORDER DISMISSING COMPLAINT AGAINST NIAGARA MOHAWK POWER CORPORATION
Pursuant to the joint request of complainant Michael
Samodurov and Respondent Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation, the
complaint in the above-referenced cases, filed by Complainant
under the provisions of Section 210 of the Energy Reorganization
Act of 1974, 42 U.S.C. § 55851, is hereby DISMISSED, with
prejudice, insofar as the complaint relates to this Respondent.
