COMPLAINT OF RICHARD RADELIC,
AND EBASCO SERVICES, INC.
ORDER DISMISSING CASE AND CANCELLING HEARING
This matter was referred to the Office of Administrative Law
Judges pursuant to request for hearing filed by Complainant
Richard Radelich on May 12, 1988.
On September 19, 1988, the parties executed and submitted a
settlement agreement which effected a compromise and settlement
of the issues in the above-captioned matter.
Pursuant to the settlement agreement, Complainant moves for
leave to withdraw complaint and for dismissal with prejudice of
this cause.
Accordingly, it is ORDERED that:
1. Richard Radelich's request for leave to withdraw
complaint is GRANTED, and the complaint and request for hearing
are withdrawn, and the hearing in this proceeding at Ft. Worth,
Texas, on October 3, and 4, 1988 is CANCELLED, and
2. The above-captioned case is DISMISSED with prejudice.
