This case is scheduled for hearing in Toledo, Ohio, on June
7, 1988, pursuant to a Notice of Hearing dated May 27, 1988. By
telephone conversation on June 1, 1988, Plaintiff Robert H. Platt
stated that he wanted to withdraw his petition. Mr. Platt was
advised to file his request in writing, and by mailgram dated
June 1, 1988, and received on June 2, 1988, he advised that he
wished "to drop his action against Gem Industrial." Upon consideration
of Mr. Platt's request, it is, therefore,
ORDERED that the complaint of Robert H. Platt be and is
hereby DISMISSED.
