RECOMMENDED ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-captioned case is scheduled to be heard on September
14, 15, and 16 in Charlotte, North Carolina. On July 27, 1988,
Complainant filed a Motion to Dismiss with Prejudice. Counsel for
Claimant informed the undersigned via telephone on that date that
the parties had settled, and counsel for Employer informed the
undersigned also via telephone on that date that the parties did
not wish to have the terms of the settlement made part of the record.
The above considered, IT IS ORDERED that this claim is DISMISSED
WITH PREJUDICE.
