RECOMMENDED ORDER FOR DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE

   Came to be heard this 7th day of July, 1998, Complainant John A. Corder's and Respondent Bechtel Energy Corporation's Joint Motion for Dismissal with Prejudice. The parties have settled their differences and the settlement has been approved by the Secretary of Labor by operation of law. The Administrative Law Judge, having considered the Motion, is of the opinion that it should be granted.

   It is, therefore, ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that the Court recommends that the Secretary of Labor dismiss this matter, No 88-ERA-9, with prejudice.

   Entered this 7th day of July, 1998 at Metaire, Louisiana.
