                 RECOMMENDED ORDER OF DISMISSAL

     Came on this date to be considered the Order Granting
Respondent's Motion to Stay Proceedings entered July 12, 1994. 
For the reasons contained in that Order, the Court remains of the
opinion that Complainant is not entitled to further proceedings
in connection with this case since restitution has not been made.

     It is therefore ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that this case
is hereby DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE for lack of prosecution.
