On the 25th day of March, 1988, a hearing was conducted in
Houston, Texas regarding the order of Dismissal entered March 22,
1988. After hearing the positions of Claimant and Employer, the
Court is of the opinion that the interest of justice requires
that the Order of Dismissal entered March 22, 1988 be vacated.
It is, therefore, ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that the
Order of Dismissal is hereby VACATED.
