The complaint filed by John E. Ryan under the provisions of
Section 210 of the Energy Reorganization Act of 1974, 42 U.S.C.
5851, and 29 C.F.R. 24.3(c) on August 19, 1987 against Pacific
Power and Light Company alleging that Mr. Ryan was blacklisted by
Pacific Power and Gas Co. is hereby dismissed without prejudice.
