ORDER CONSOLIDATION OF CASES AND CONTINUANCE
In the interest of judicial economy, the Complainant's motion to
consolidate Case Nos. 87-ERA-11; 87-ERA-36; 88-ERA-1, (inadvertently
[Page 2]
referenced as 86-ERA-11 (J. Burke)), is hereby granted.
Presently, there are three docketed cases involving the parties, they are
87-ERA-11; 87-ERA-36; and 88-ERA-1, and all are assigned to me for
adjudication.
The hearing in Case No. 88-ERA-1 which had been previously scheduled
for December 10, 1987 in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania is cancelled.
