ORDER OF DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE

   Upon consideration of Complainant's request for entry of an Order of Dismissal with Prejudice, and it appearing that the parties have agreed to a settlement of the claims herein,

   IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Complaint, as amended, is dismissed with prejudice pursuant to 29 C.F.R. Sec. 18.39(b). Each side shall bear its own costs.
