RECOMMENDED ORDER OF DISMISSAL

   On April 6, 1998, counsel for Complainant submitted a motion to dismiss the claim filed with this office. On April 24, 1998, a Stipulation of Dismissal signed by attorneys for both Complainant and Respondent was submitted to this office.

   Based on the stipulation for dismissal and pursuant to Rule 41(a)(1)(ii) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, all claims submitted by Complainant in the above-captioned matter are dismissed without prejudice. The signed stipulation is attached to this order.
