RECOMMENDED DECISION AND ORDER
The parties hereto have, by correspondence dated
December 4, 1997, submitted a fully executed FINAL SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT,
annexed hereto and incorporated herewith.
Upon review of such agreement, I find same to be in the best
interests of all parties as represented by them, and, accordingly RECOMMEND
that such agreement be approved, and that this matter be DISMISSED.
