On February 16, 2000, I issued a show cause
order why this matter should not be dismissed since the matter
had twice been set for hearing dating back to June 15, 1999 and
repeated telephone calls by me to schedule a hearing had produced
no action. Claimant has not responded. This matter is, therefore,
dismissed.
