The Stipulated Settlement (a copy of which is attached hereto) under 29
C.F.R. § 1978.11(d)(2), the regulations implementing Section 405 of the Surface
Transportation Assistance Act of 1982, 49 U.S.C. §§ 31101 et seq.,
appearing neither inadequate nor procured by duress, is HEREBY APPROVED.
Attorney's fees and costs in the amount of $3,624.00 are hereby awarded
to Paul O. Taylor, Esq., and Taylor & Associates, Ltd.
The parties are hereby ordered to forthwith carry out the term of the
attached settlement.
