by letter that Mark L. Kennedy moved to withdraw his appeal and allow the original Order dated
May 7, 2000 made the final order of the case.
There is no opposition to this motion.
Based on the foregoing, I ORDER that the Complainant be allowed
to withdraw his appeal and further ORDER this appeal dismissed.
