                            ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

     On January 4, 1995, the Administrative Law Judge submitted a
Recommended Order of Dismissal in this case arising under the
employee protection provisions of the Clean Air Act, 42 U.S.C.
§ 7622.
     Complainant has fifteen days from the date of this order to
show cause why this case should not be dismissed.
     Filings shall be submitted to the Office of Administrative
Appeals, U.S. Department of Labor, 200 Constitution Avenue,
N.W., Room S-4309, Washington, D.C., 20210.  Copies of filings
shall be served on all other parties.
