RECOMMENDED DECISION AND ORDER APPROVING
SETTLEMENT
The parties to this matter have submitted a proposed settlement agreement,
which has been signed by all parties. That proposed settlement agreement is enclosed in an
envelope marked "Predisclosure Notification Materials." The terms of the
agreement are approved. It is found that they are fair, adequate and reasonable. Upon approval
by the Secretary this matter is, and will be, dismissed with prejudice.
