RECOMMENDED ORDER FOR DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE
This matter arises under the Clean Air Act, 42 U.S.C. §
7622, and the procedural regulations for the handling of
discrimination complaints found at 29 C.F.R. Part 24. On July 12,
1994, this Office received a document entitled "RELEASE, HOLD
HARMLESS AND SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT" (hereinafter referred to as the
"Settlement Agreement") signed by Sheila Crofut (Complainant), Mary
Ruth Mann (counsel for Complainant), Gregory Kipp (Acting Deputy
Director King County Department of Development and Environmental
Services), and Michael J. Sinsky (Senior Deputy Prosecuting
Attorney, counsel for King County). The terms of this Settlement
Agreement are incorporated herein by reference. The undersigned
finds the terms of the Settlement Agreement to be fair and
equitable and in the public interest. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY
RECOMMENDED that Complainant's complaint be dismissed with
prejudice with each party to bear its own costs and attorney
fees.
