ORDER ON REQUEST FOR ATTORNEYS' FEES AND COSTS
Pursuant to 20 C.F.R. §24.6(b)(3), counsel for the
complainant has submitted its request for attorneys' fees and costs in the above captioned matter.
The respondent has timely filed its objection to the request.
In accordance with the regulations at 29 C.F.R. §24.6(b)(3),
the complainant shall file a request for attorneys' fees and costs upon the issuance of a final order
by the Secretary of Labor. To date, the Secretary has not issued a final order in the above
captioned matter. Therefore, the complainant's request is premature and will not be considered at
this time.
