The complainant having moved to voluntarily withdraw the
complaint herein prior to a hearing on the merits due to
procedural infirmities in his case, it is hereby
ORDERED that the complaint hereby be voluntarily
dismissed without prejudice to the merits of any other action
that may be pending between the parties concerning the same or
related subject matter, and it is further
ORDERED that no costs be assessed against either party.
