    The parties herein having reached a comprehensive settlement resolving the dispute underlying this action; and the Settlement Agreement having been reviewed by the Administrative Law Judge and found not to conflict with the purposes of 42 U.S.C. § 7622;. and the parties having jointly moved for an order approving the settlement and dismissing the complaint, it is hereby

    ORDERED that the Settlement Agreement in this action be approved, and it is further

    ORDERED that the case be dismissed as settled.
