This proceeding arose under the Clean Air Act (15 U.S.C.
§ 2601 et seq.). A formal heating scheduled for February 5,
1985, in Enid, Oklahoma, was postponed at the request of the
parties.
On February 21, 1985, the complainant filed a Motion of
Dismissal. No responses have been received. Good cause having
been shown:
