   On January 27, 2003, and February 12, 2003, Respondent and Complainant signed a Confidential Settlement Agreement and General Release along with a Stipulation of Voluntary Dismissal resolving all issues raised by the instant claim. Having reviewed these documents and finding them to be in accord with 29 C.F.R. § 18.9, and to have equitably resolved all issues involved in these proceedings, I hereby recommend approval of same and refer this matter to the Administrative Review Board for issuance of a final order in accord with 29 C.F.R. § 24.7 and § 24.8.
