ORDER DISMISSING

   By letter dated May 3, 2001, Complainant in the above-captioned matter advised, through counsel, that he did not wish to pursue this matter, and, accordingly, he moved to dismiss his complaint. On May 15, 2001, an order issued to interested parties pursuant to 29 C.F.R.§ 24.6(e)(4)(ii) affording them 15 days to show cause why dismissal should not be granted. As of this date, no one has responded to the order. Therefore:

ORDER

   IT IS ORDERED that this matter be, and it hereby is, Dismissed.
