Go to e-Judication

Starting on September 30, 2005, you will see a link on the OALJ web site to "e-Judication." This link connects to a web portal designed as an integrated point of entry to the DOL's adjudicatory agencies and as a source for basic information about those agencies, such as contact information and links to electronic libraries.

The Web portal is the first visible manifestation of the e-Judication project. E-Judication, however, is larger than just a web portal. Rather, e-Judication is a cooperative venture of the ARB, BRB, ECAB, OALJ and the Office of the Solicitor to meet mandates requiring that future computer case management initiatives be coordinated and citizen-centric. E-filing, for example, is being developed as a joint project of the e-Judication participant agencies.
