   By letter dated March 15, 2004, Complainant, Frank Eugene Burke, requested that this matter be dismissed as he intends to pursue his claim in another venue. Pursuant to 29 C.F.R. § 1978.111(c), the undersigned acknowledges Complainant's written withdrawal of his objections to the Assistant Secretary's Findings. Accordingly, the Complaint herein is DISMISSED and the Assistant Secretary's Findings dated January 23, 2004, are hereby AFFIRMED.
