I, DAVID A. GORR, being first duly sworn depose and state:

I am a Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and have reason to believe that on the property or premises known as:

Streu Construction Company, located 3612 Lincoln Avenue, Two Rivers, 54241-1830, more particularly described as a one story office building with a brick face 3' feet high around the entire building; the rest of the building is covered with light brown, aluminum siding with dark brown accents on the windows; in front of the building is a sign bearing the title, "Streu Construction Company."

in the Eastern District of Wisconsin there is now concealed certain property, namely: as described in Attachment B, which is incorporated herein by reference.

which is (State one or more bases for search and seizure set forth under Rule 41(b) of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure): evidence of the commission of crimes, concerning violations of Title 15, United States Code, Section 1, and Title 18, United States Code, Section 1343.
