                           DECISION AND ORDER
                      APPROVING CONSENT FINDINGS

     This proceeding arises under the Migrant and Seasonal
Agricultural Worker Protection Act (29 U.S.C., §1801,
et seq.), and 29 C.F.R. Part 500.232.  The above-
entitled matter was scheduled for hearing on November 8, 1994, by
Notice of Hearing and Prehearing Order issued July 18, 1994.  

     On November 9, 1994, the parties submitted for approval by
the
undersigned fully executed Consent Findings, attached hereto and
made a part hereof.  The parties stipulate and agree that this
Order shall have the same force and effect as an order made after
a full hearing.  Having duly considered the matter,   

     IT IS ORDERED that the Consent Findings are hereby approved.
