ORDER GRANTING COMPLAINANT'S MOTION
FOR DEFAULT JUDGMENT
On this day, Complainant's Motion for Default
Judgment came on to be heard. Good cause having been shown,
Complainant's Motion is hereby GRANTED. It is therefore
ORDERED that the civil money penalty assessed against
Respondents is affirmed and Respondents are ordered to pay the
$15,000.00 civil money penalty assessed against them on or before
May 15, 1996.
It is further ORDERED that interest at
the rate provided by 28 U.S.C. §1961 shall be assessed on any
amount which has not been paid on or before May 15, 1996.
