    This matter arises under the Employee Polygraph Protection Act of 1988 (EPPA), 29 U.S.C. §2001-2009, and the regulations issued thereunder at 29 C.F.R. Part 801.

    On August 19, 1996, the parties filed a Settlement Agreement with this Office which is attached hereto and incorporated herein. Pursuant to the terms of the Settlement Agreement, the parties agree that such constitutes full and complete settlement of issues in the above-captioned matter. I find that the Settlement Agreement contain all of the provisions required by 29 C.F.R. §§18.9 and 801.66.

    Upon consideration of the record and the Settlement Agreement, I hereby ORDER that such is APPROVED in full and incorporated herein by reference. The Settlement Agreement shall constitute my findings of fact and conclusions of law and shall constitute full, final and complete adjudication of this proceeding.
