DECISION AND ORDER APPROVING
CONSENT FINDINGS AND ORDER

    This matter arises under the Employee Polygraph Protection Act of 1988 (EPPA), 29 U.S.C. §2001-2009, and the regulations issued thereunder at 29 C.F.R. Part 801.

    On August 19, 1993, the parties filed Consent Findings and Order with this Office which are attached hereto and incorporated herein. Pursuant to the terms of the Consent Findings and Order, the parties agree that such constitutes full and complete settlement of issues in the above-captioned matter. I find that the Consent Findings and Order contain all of the provisions required by 29 C.F.R. §801.66.

    Upon consideration of the record and the Consent Findings and Order, I hereby ORDER that such is APPROVED in full and incorporated herein by reference. The Consent Findings and Order shall constitute my findings of fact and conclusions of law and shall constitute full, final and complete adjudication of this proceeding.
