   At page 8, of the Decision and Order dated December 17, 1999, at footnote 16 thereof the following is added thereto:

   "main front room service area and back room kitchen (Tr. 242-3), it does not strain the imagination to conclude that Christensen regularly and routinely observed minors engaging in work activities violative of the Act."
