The Wage Statement for Migrant and Seasonal Agricultural Workers is an optional form for use by farm labor contractors, agricultural employers and agricultural associations to satisfy their obligation – whether or not they choose to use this form – to maintain individual payroll information and provide it to covered workers as required by the Migrant and Seasonal Agricultural Worker Protection Act (MSPA). The form is available here in English and Spanish to assist the agricultural employer community meet its obligation, insofar as is necessary and reasonable, to provided information in a language common to the workers if the workers are not fluent and literate in English.
