PHMSA will participate with the Hazardous Materials Cooperative Research Program (HMCRPO Technical Oversight Panel and the National Academies in reviewing current project implementation and to select additional projects for next year. The HMCRP was authorized under SAFETEA-LU as a pilot, with the Technical Oversight Panel created to implement the research.
