International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO)/Dangerous Goods Panel (DGP) Meeting of the Working Group participating as a Panel member nominated by the U.S. at the ICAO WG07 meeting. The Working Group meets annually to assist the DGP in developing amendments to the ICAO Technical Instructions and to consider specific proposals relative to the safe transport of hazardous materials by air. The U.S. Hazardous Materials Regulations (HMR) authorize the transport of hazardous materials by air in accordance with the ICAO Technical Instructions subject to certain conditions and limitations.
