PHMSA will host a meeting at DOT headquarters in Washington, DC, to discuss the integrity of combination packagings containing liquid hazardous materials transported by aircraft, with the purpose of preventing hazardous materials incidents in air transportation due to forces inherent in air transportation. Participants will include the Federal Aviation Administration, air carriers, packaging manufacturers, testing facilities, and shipper and carrier trade associations.
