PHMSA will participate as Executive Secretariat in a meeting of the ICE held at the U.S.  Chemical Safety Investigation Board.  Issues include ammonium nitrate accidents, dilution effects on explosives classification and agency updates.  ICE is a forum of Federal departments and independent agencies that promote and facilitate information exchange regarding rulemaking and policies on the safety and security of ammunition, fireworks, explosives, and other high energy materials.
