Assessment Tool
Discrimination. Stigma. Confidentiality. Education. Productivity. HIV/AIDS in the workplace raises all of these issues. Managers and labor leaders can use this assessment tool to determine whether their workplace has the resources it needs to respond to HIV/AIDS at work and to assess existing policies and programs.
Assessment
The tool is available in two formats:
- Online Assessment leads the user through the 14 questions and automatically calculates the results. Please answer the questions with Yes, No, or I don’t know. Consider your perspective both as a manager/supervisor and employee/worker. An option to print the completed assessment is provided as well.
- The At-a-Glance Assessment is a downloadable form that can be printed and distributed throughout the workplace. Instructions for calculating the results are included with the form. [PDF document; 101k; Adobe Acrobat required]
