EAGLE FC #4 Request for Proposal No. HSTS03-07-R-CIO209

Organizational Application Support and Information Services (OASIS)

This procurement will be conducted in accordance with EAGLE ordering procedures as an unrestricted competition. A Task Order will be issued against the EAGLE contract, and Work Orders containing one or more Work Packages will be issued against the Task Order as new requirements arise.

The following is the milestone schedule for the key events leading to the award of the BPA:

Proposals Due: July 6, 2007
Award Task Order: August 24, 2007

Offerors are requested to submit their written proposal in accordance with the instructions in the RFP. Offerors are cautioned to read the RFP carefully because failure to comply with the instructions can result in the rejection of the response.

Responses are due by July 6, 2007 at 4:30pm Eastern Standard Time (EST). There will be no exceptions to the time and date on which responses are due, unless determined otherwise by the Government. Any proposal, modification, or revision received at the Government office designated in the solicitation after the exact time specified for receipt of offers is late and will not be considered, except as specified in FAR 52.215-1.

Questions regarding this RFP shall be submitted in writing to email oasis@dhs.gov in accordance with Section 10.4 of this RFP. Inquiries or questions through any other means will not be answered. In addition, Offerors are prohibited from contacting any TSA employee except the Contracting Officer regarding this solicitation.

This request does not commit the Government to pay any costs incurred in the preparation of the submission of any response to this request for proposal or to the contractor for supplies or service.
