BLM  NTLs for New Mexico, Oklahoma, Kansas, Texas

BLM New Mexico has issued a number of Notice to Lessees/Operators (NTLs) to those who operate on Federal and Indian leases. These NTLs provide instructions for a specific field or area of a jurisdictional BLM District or State. These NTLs are consistent with or exceed the minimum standards specified in the 43 CFR 3160 regulations or Onshore Orders.
