2008 LIHEAP PROGRAM -
The LIHEAP Program is designed to assist low income households pay their energy bills. Appointments are now being scheduled. Please call 257-9246. You may get a busy signal. Please keep trying.
- *Walk-in applications are no longer being accepted at the Belleville IGD office (27 N. Illinois Street in Belleville). You must call 257-9246 to schedule an appointment.
- *Your application cannot be processed without all of the following information:
- 30-day proof of income for all household members
- Social Security Cards for all household members
- A picture ID for the head of household or applicant
- A complete copy of your current heating or electric bill
- A current medical card
- A current rent receipt
