Updated for 2006 to 2008 with everything you need to know about Hawaii's labor laws on one poster!
Designed for employees, this 22" X 34" comprehensive poster will provide up-to-date information
on workers' compensation, temporary disability, prepaid health care, occupational
safety and health, discrimination, minimum wage, and other laws.
The new posters were mailed to all employers with businesses in Hawaii in December 2005. If you did not receive your poster in the mail, or require additional posters, please fill out the request form.
We will mail up to 10 copies of the poster, per employer. For requests of 11 or more copies, you may obtain the posters on Oahu at 830 Punchbowl St., Rm. 321 (M-F, 7:45 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.), or at one of the DLIR's Neighbor Island District Offices.
