Human Capacity Development Project Request for Applications

USAID’s Bureau for Global Health will be accepting applications in response to the Request for Applications (RFA) Program Description entitled Human Capacity Development Project. Activities funded under this cooperative agreement are expected to improve the delivery of health care services in both fixed facilities and in communities as well as in both the public and private sector.

The following documents have been referenced in the background section of the RFA. Providing applicants easy access to the full text will allow them to more fully understand the context of and the direction envisioned for the Human Capacity Development Project. As a result, their submissions will be more responsive to the needs of USAID. Also when initially written, the Evaluation of USAID Human Capacity Development in Health document was intended to be an internal USAID publication. Since then, USAID has chosen to make it public. The cover still indicates not for distribution.
