Human Capital Asset Management Division

The Human Capital Asset Management Division is responsible for acquiring, assessing, deploying, developing and transforming the PBS workforce. 

The Human Capital Asset Management Division consists of two groups.

  • Center for Workforce Planning delivers an array of services to implement the PBS Business Plan and to serve as an organizational resource.
    • Workforce Capacity Modeling and Scenarios
    • Competitive Sourcing, Post Competition Accountability, and FAIR Inventory
    • Human Resources Liaison
    • PBS CO Administrative Support MEO Services, including Shared Services
    • PBS CO Public Trust/Security Clearances and Credentialing Administration
    • PBS CO Telework Administration
    • Strategic workforce planning activities, e.g., competency assessment, surveys
  • Center for Associate Development develops and enhances PBS employees’ knowledge, skills and abilities to meet organizational goals and move PBS to a partnership role with its customers.
