If you are 18 or older, have histologically confirmed metastatic (Stage IV) melanoma of cutaneous origin, and have a life expectancy of greater than 12 weeks, you may qualify for this study.

Diabetes Mellitus, Type 2

If you are aged 18 to 75, have type 2 diabetes, and have been treated with pioglitazone and metformin for at least 12 weeks prior to screening, you may qualify for this study.
