Region 6 Pesticide State Contacts
The following agricultural agencies have been granted the primary responsibility for pesticide enforcement under the Federal Insecticide Fungicide Rodenticide Act (FIFRA): Arkansas State Plant Board (ASPB), Louisiana Department of Agriculture and Forestry (LDAF), Oklahoma State Department of Agriculture (OSDA), New Mexico Department of Agriculture (NMDA), and Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA). Texas also has the Texas Structural Pest Control Service (TxSPCS) that regulates the use of pesticides around homes, buildings, schools, and other facilities and is now part of TDA.
