Do you or someone you know need a doctor?

The FHA Physician Referral Service, a product of the American Geriatric Society (AGS), can help you find a physician in your area who is sensitive to the special health care needs of older adults. All physicians on this list are members of AGS and are board certified in either Family Practice (FP) or Internal Medicine (IM). Many have also acquired additional training necessary to obtain the Certificate of Added Qualifications in Geriatric Medicine (CAQGM).
