Our studies attempt to provide a controlled and defined diet. Subjects follow their normal, daily routines of work, exercise, and leisure. We try to prepare healthy, appetizing menus that follow research objectives.

Our facility has food storage and preparation areas. We have a dining room with cafeteria-style food lines for subjects to select their individually weighed food items.
